Indonesia entry details and exceptions
Entry restrictions do not apply to Indonesian citizens, holders of KITAS, KITAP, Visitor Visas, diplomatic and official / service visa and stay permit holders, travelers permitted under the TCA bilateral agreement scheme, foreign nationals with written permission from relevant ministries and government institutes. Those who are eligible should reconfirm their eligibility by contacting the Indonesian Embassy.
Permitted travelers are required to present a card or certificate (physical or digital) that they have received the full dose of COVID-19 vaccine. Visitors from the United States must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) test taken within 48 hours before departing to Indonesia.Details and exceptions
Travelers from abroad are subject to RT-PCR tests at their own expense upon arrival and towards the end of their quarantine.
Visitors from the United States will need to quarantine for 7 days upon entering Indonesia.Details and exceptions
Permitted travelers will be asked to do an RT-PCR test upon arrival and quarantine at their own expense in a designated hotel approved by the Ministry of Health for a period of 7 days for those who are unvaccinated. Quarantine may be shortened to 5 days for fully vaccinated travelers and tiga days for those with booster shots respectively. Travelers are subject to another PCR test 1 day prior to the last day of quarantine and if result is negative, traveler will be allowed to proceed with their journey. Indonesian citizens may be eligible for free quarantine facilities.
Mandatory quarantine is exempted for foreign nationals with diplomatic and official visas who are traveling for the purpose of state/official visits of foreign officials at Ministerial level or above to the Republic of Indonesia, with the implementation of strict health protocol.

Effective:December 6th, 2021: A COVID-19 negative test result taken within 1 day before departure must be presented to the airline before boarding your flight. This applies to ALL incoming air travelers, regardless of vaccination status or nationality.
Children under the age of dua are exempt from test requirements as well as travelers who have both valid proof or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 in the past 90 days and a letter from a valid healthcare authority who has stated that they are cleared for travel. Visitors returning from Indonesia are not required to quarantine upon entering the United States.Details and exceptions
Foreign nationals (non-U.S. citizens and non-U.S. immigrants) who are not fully vaccinated and are permitted to travel to the US by air by meeting certain vaccine exemptions are required to self quarantine for 7 days, unless they have a valid COVID-19 recovery document.
